Rather than wasting effort, to say nothing of peace and potentially happy times, in trying to teach a young child to get along with less of her parents’ days and nights, it is far wiser to give that time freely, and to make good use of it for teaching really valuable and lasting lessons – like how to love, how to play, and where to find the peanut butter.”
